Location: Ozette, WA
Size of Building:
Residence: 1,820 sq ft
Bunkhouse: 2,844 sq ft
Number of Modules:
Residence: 2
Bunkhouse: 5
Features: The residence was for the Forest Ranger and his family. A garage was built as well as a pump house (in case of fire). Installing the units was a challenge due to the remote location, availability of supplies, very narrow bridges, etc. These buildings also had to be rodent proof.
Interior: The bunkhouse featured fire-sprinklers and consisted of 5 units (8 bedrooms, 4 baths, large kitchen, 2 stoves and a large island for groups to work at). The bunkhouse also included a dining room, living room, large laundry room with 2 sets of washers/dryers. Pacific Mobile built an 8' wide covered walkway between the two modulars.
Exterior: Pacific Mobile installed the entire roof on-site. Large decks and landings were also built on-site, with sidewalks poured to make the facility handicapped accessible.
