Features: This building was built to withstand 100 mph winds and heavy rain.
Interior: The building is contemporary and open, with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and recessed lighting. A large, custom front desk was designed to be the central activity hub. Commercial carpeting and ceramic tile flooring is used throughout.
Exterior: The building has a standing seam metal ribbed roof with 5/12 pitch. The exterior is a combination of concrete lap and shingle siding with vertical cedar batts and river-rock wainscoting. The center’s wood deck was designed to look rustic.
