Features: This unique floating office was shipped to the site on a float trailer. The foundation system was designed to accept two types of buoyant floats. Solid floats were attached on the ends to provide maximum floatation while non-rigid floats were attached to valve air lines that ran to the side of the building so that air could be pumped in or released to level the building and provide the proper ride-height once the building was loaded with furniture.
Interior: The office has a kitchenette with sink and hot water service, custom cabinetry, carpeted flooring, and t-grid ceiling with recessed parabolic lighting.
Exterior: The floating office is a single-wide modular built on a steel frame. The building featured grid-style windows, flat roof, Lap siding with shingle accents under windows, a recessed porch leading to the front door, roof mounted split system with HVAC system.
