Features: Two-story structure. Upper floor modules were crane-set into a hill-side, lower floor was site-built. Provided handicapped accessibility to both stories via standard concrete sidewalks (no elevator required).
Interior: Painted sheetrock interior walls, suspended T-grid 9’ ceilings with recessed lights, painted wood interior doors and window trim, 28 ounce nylon carpeting.
Exterior: Painted lap concrete-exterior siding, standing seam metal ribbed 3/12 pitch roof with 16” eaves, large covered front porch over lower entry doors.
