Interior: 9’ suspended t-grid ceilings with recessed lights, painted sheetrock interior walls and trims. All cabinetry was hi-pressure medical-grade laminate with required plumbing, sinks and fixtures.
Exterior: Painted wood exterior siding with brick facades added to the corners, architectural shingle 4/12 pitch roof with 16” eaves, front porch.
