Features: This building utilized modular construction (administration/classroom/foyer) and panelized construction (sanctuary). The sanctuary was erected first, the modular units were crane-set next, then the roof was erected over the entire structure.
Interior: The administration portion featured 11’ suspended ceilings, while the sanctuary featured 25’high painted sheetrock ceilings. The sanctuary also featured a concrete sloped floor, to allow parishioners to see the stage better.
Exterior: The appearance was designed to fit into a mixed-use neighborhood, with family homes, a large public school, and another church/school nearby.
